Status
Part of Lumen's 14-state legacy CenturyLink/Qwest territory. Lumen stopped accepting new and move/add/change POTS orders here on May 1, 2025; full wire-center retirement filings are expected to follow through 2026-2029 under the FCC's streamlined framework.

Also statewide: AT&T (CLEC affiliates)

12 days to target date

AT&T business POTS sold as PrimePath Service, or with AT&T Business Network, OneNet Option or ACC Business

AT&T Services, on behalf of its competitive-carrier affiliates (among them Teleport Communications America and TC Systems), has applied to discontinue this business landline service in every state it names, not by wire center. Unless the FCC acts first, AT&T may discontinue it on or after Nov 5, 2026. Most of these states are outside AT&T's own local territory, so the filing reaches businesses that buy AT&T lines in Verizon, Lumen and other carriers' areas.

WC Docket No. 26-276, pending: comments due Oct 20, 2026, deemed granted Nov 5, 2026 unless the FCC acts first. FCC Public Notice DA 26-1075, released Oct 5, 2026

County and wire-center detail is not loaded for Minnesota yet. The filings name wire centers; this summary is program-level, and a county not named does not mean a line is not at risk.
