Building the foundation
Richard Boudria founds International Telephone Group (ITG), a reseller of telephone service through Tier 1 carriers.

1996
Enhancing solutions delivery
ITG expands its offerings to local dial tone, custom features, and wireless mobile solutions across a 24-state region through agreements with BellSouth and Verizon.

1997
Strengthening our portfolio
ITG offers fully bundled local, long distance, data, and wireless solutions with custom billing options to customers.

1999
Forming partnerships and making acquisitions
ITG partners with leading energy company NUI Corporation as a subsidiary and continues its growth through acquisitions of Telcorp, Norcom, NAS, and others.

2001
Growing the company overseas
ITG becomes NUI Telecom and expands its footprint internationally, deploying switches in New York, Miami, and London.

2002
Adding carriers and coverage
NUI Telecom grows its Carrier Portfolio, enabling the company to deliver product depth and coverage to all 50 states.

2003
Launching BCN Telecom
Richard Boudria and a small group of strategic investors reacquire the company from NUI Corporation and form BCN Telecom, reestablishing the privately held corporation.

2004
Renewing our focus
BCN Telecom sheds its network assets, wireless business, and International divisions to drive domestic expansion of voice and data solutions nationwide.

2005
Integrating the experience
BCN opens a new Operations Center in Boca Raton, Florida, connecting its thriving Agent Sales Channel to centralized solutions, billing, and support.

2006
Securing BCN’s future
Chairman & CEO Richard Boudria partners with management group to buy out non-strategic investors and establish majority ownership of BCN Telecom.

2007
Focusing on the channel
BCN undergoes a strategic restructuring to focus its efforts on acquisitions and its ever-expanding Agent Sales Channel.

2008
Strengthening through acquisition
BCN Telecom continues growing its footprint and solutions with the acquisition of Groveline, LLC assets.

2011
Expanding strategically
BCN enters the VoIP, Hosted PBX, and Cloud solutions sector through strategic partnerships. The company also launches a virtual office environment.

Making room for more growth
BCN strengthens its operating infrastructure, expands its long-term agreement for acquisition funding, and enhances its Carrier Portfolio with cable and cloud agreements.

BCN Telecom adds wireless service while adding more capabilities to its suite of cloud solutions offerings.

Building our nationwide network
BCN acquires the telecom assets of Chicago-based AMI Communications. The company launches its new corporate headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey while adding to its product and distribution channels nationwide.

Reaching more people in more places
BCN signs new Master Agent agreements, boosting its partner reach. The company announces a realignment of the Executive Team and welcomes a new VP of Sales.

2016
Evolving for the future
BCN unveils a major rebranding initiative to enhance market impact and awareness. Its impact grows from new Master Agent agreements, carrier coverage and wireless solutions.

BCN introduces SD-WAN solution
BCN launches a truly agnostic SD-WAN solution to deliver improved performance, reliability, and security.

Richard M. Boudria, Jr.
Chairman & CEO
As Chairman and CEO, Richard M. Boudria, Jr. drives innovation and excellence at BCN with a focus on business strategy, corporate financial oversight, capital management, and corporate board leadership.
Leveraging a robust network of strategic relationships and strong guiding principles, Mr. Boudria empowers his teams to seize opportunities that accelerate company growth and success, and deliver on his vision to maximize employee and partner potential.
Prior to serving as Chairman & CEO of BCN, Mr. Boudria held key roles in the Company as Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President, President, and President & CEO.
Mr. Boudria is also an alumnus of the U.S. Marine Corps Executive Forum (MCEF). MCEF strengthens the connection between America’s Marines and civilian leaders of businesses, organizations, academia, and faith-based groups in communities large and small throughout the country.
A B.A. graduate in Political Science at Trinity College, Mr. Boudria participated in Graduate Studies at Columbia University.

Richard G. Schmeling
Treasurer & CFO
Richard G. Schmeling joined BCN in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining BCN, Mr. Schmeling held a key position at Getzler Henrich Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in turnaround management services with a focus on middle market companies.
Mr. Schmeling also served five years as CFO at Environmental Technologies Corp and was an investment banker for Investcorp International Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for general investment banking assignments, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate development.
A B.A. graduate in Economics at Columbia College, Mr. Schmeling also earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.

Julian Jacquez, Jr
President & COO
Julian Jacquez, Jr. joined BCN in 2004 and delivers 17 years of experience in senior executive leadership and strategic guidance at BCN. In June 2018, Mr. Jacquez began serving as President of BCN in addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer.
In this expanded role, Mr. Jacquez oversees sales, marketing, offer management, and operations for BCN, as well as the Company’s CRM, billing, and business support systems, and corporate IT infrastructure. Additionally, Mr. Jacquez is actively involved in the development and management of the Company’s nationwide partner-based distribution channel, and its alignment with compensation and reward programs of BCN employee groups.
Prior to BCN, Mr. Jacquez held a range of financial, management, and ownership positions at other telecom service providers. Before starting his career in telecommunications and technology, Mr. Jacquez served as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided auditing and business advisory services for emerging market companies and multi-national corporations.
Mr. Jacquez graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Joshua Heller
General Counsel
As General Counsel, Mr. Heller manages all BCN’s legal matters. He comes to BCN with extensive legal experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously served for eight years as General Counsel and/or as an officer of a billion-dollar telecommunications company. Mr. Heller was also a litigator in two reputable law firms and served as in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 company.
Mr. Heller graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2005 and is the recipient of the coveted CALI Award in Information Privacy Law. He is committed to ensuring the future growth and prosperity of BCN.

Andrew Rosen
Vice President of Operations & IT Services
As Vice President of Operations & IT Services, Andrew Rosen manages BCN’s order processing, account provisioning, and end-user billing and payment processing divisions. In addition to these key responsibilities, Mr. Rosen oversees operability of the organization’s OSS system, customer and agent web portals, and corporate IT infrastructure. Mr. Rosen also directs the Company’s Managed IT Services, and VoIP Engineering departments.
With over 28 years of telecommunications experience in IT, billing, provisioning, network operations, and customer service, Mr. Rosen served as Vice President of Operations at ISN Communications and as Vice President of Network Operations at Ursus Telecom prior to joining BCN.
Rosen is a B.A. graduate in Computer Science at Lehman College.

Jeanne Duca
Vice President of Brand & Experience
In her role as Vice President of Brand & Experience, Jeanne Duca leads BCN brand development and execution of pre- and post-sale enablement programs in marketing, quoting and pricing solutions, project onboarding, major accounts, and customer experience.
Joining BCN in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Duca brought 15 years of knowledge and experience in brand management and channel marketing. Ms. Duca was honored in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 by CRN® as a Women of the Channel for her outstanding leadership, vision, and key role in driving channel growth and innovation. Before joining BCN, Duca led the Channel Marketing team at XO Communications.
Ms. Duca received a B.S. in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Michael Ginsburg
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Michael Ginsburg manages all BCN Channel Sales and Sales Support teams across the U.S. In his executive role, Mr. Ginsburg oversees the creation and development of new strategic relationships and the overall growth of existing partnerships, contract negotiation, and partner support.
For four consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020), Mr. Ginsburg was recognized as a CRN® Channel Chief based on his professional achievements, industry standing, dedication to the Channel Partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
Mr. Ginsburg joined BCN in 2013, bringing nearly two decades of channel sales experience in wireline and wireless carriers, including Coast to Coast Cellular, Trans National Communications, and Westinghouse Communications.
Ginsburg earned his B.A. in Business Management at Pennsylvania State University.

Ryan Kelly
Vice President of Sales & Partner Development
Ryan Kelly is Vice President of Sales and Partner Development and brings extensive experience in building strategic partner relationships in support of BCN’s growth strategy.
Empowered to drive more opportunities within the Master Agent and sales partner community, Mr. Kelly is laser-focused on providing executive-level insight, expertise, and experience to accelerate growth and success at BCN.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kelly served for over 16 years in multiple leadership positions at NetWolves, most notably as the leader of NetWolves’ Channel Program for 10 years. In this role, Mr. Kelly oversaw the creation and development of relationships with many of the leading Technology Solutions Distributors, including Intelisys, AVANT, AppSmart, Telarus, TBI, Sandler Partners, among others.

Michael Critchley
Corporate Controller
Michael Critchley joined BCN as a Senior Accountant in 2010. Michael quickly applied his knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance gained from public accounting to BCN. In 2012, Mr. Critchley was promoted to Controller where he has continued to excel, becoming an integral part of the Finance Department’s leadership.
Mr. Critchley began his career in public accounting at SAX LLP, a CPA firm with locations in New Jersey and New York. During his 5 years at SAX LLP, he worked in various industries; including Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction, Real Estate, and Not-For-Profit. He specialized in auditing and advisory services.
Mr. Critchley is a graduate of Rowan University with a B.S in Accounting.

Kathleen Gorey
Vice President of Human Resources
Kathleen Gorey joined BCN in 2004 with a focus on Human Resources and Regulatory matters. Ms. Gorey’s expertise in building expert teams has supported the double-digit growth of the BCN Team within the last 12 months. Along with her team, Ms. Gorey monitors and administers key programs including BCN Health & Wellness and the BCN Team Excellence program. The latter recognizes and rewards teams and individuals across the company for contributions to the BCN Experience.
Ms. Gorey honed her skills at AT&T, where she spent many years in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles.

Kristina Montero
Executive Administration/Corporate Secretary
Kristina Montero is currently BCN’s most tenured team member, having joined BCN in 1997. As Corporate Secretary, Ms. Montero ensures the integrity of the governance framework and deals with issues related to the BCN Board of Directors. In addition, she brings her years of expertise to the executive administration role and supports key planning functions across the Company.
During her time at BCN Ms. Montero worked across the organization in customer and partner-facing roles.
