Recent events surrounding COVID-19 have us all focusing even more on the need to stay connected and committed to business continuity. We want to take this opportunity to assure both partners and customers that BCN is and will continue to operate as we have always done over the last 26+ years, with a focus on providing them with the best possible experience.
The health and well-being of our BCN team, customers, partners, and vendors is of paramount importance to us. Toward that end we moved quickly to implement a company-wide telework capability that will ensure a smooth transition of our support, provisioning, and other key functional areas if and when needed. This includes ongoing access to 24/7 customer service, network service repair, and more. There will be no change in the way in which partners and customers engage with our team.
What’s more, the strong relationships we have built over many years with our underlying network and technology partners means we are in constant communication and able to coordinate with them to serve you. We are happy to report that at this time they too report business as usual with regard to service delivery and installation.
BCN is also positioned well to assist partners and customers alike who may be considering strategies to enable additional telework capabilities. We stand ready and able to craft a solution from our portfolio that contains a variety of internet connectivity options as well as hosted voice, eFax, conferencing, and monitoring services.
