Richard M. Boudria, Jr.
Chairman & CEO
As Chairman & CEO, Boudria will drive innovation and excellence in all facets of the business with a particular focus on business strategy, corporate financial oversight, capital management, and leadership of the corporate board. His strategic financial, industry, partner, and client relationships are the foundation for empowering his teams to capitalize on opportunities for the Company to succeed and grow. His vision for the Company will deliver a set of guiding principles designed to maximize the potential of BCN employees and the partner community through which the company exclusively goes to market.
Prior to becoming Chairman & CEO, he served the Company as Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President, President, and most recently President & CEO.
Boudria received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Trinity College and participated in Graduate Studies at Columbia University.
President & COO
With 15 years of experience and tenure with BCN, Julian Jacquez continues to provide senior executive leadership and strategic guidance at BCN. Jacquez joined the company in 2004 following the successful completion of an acquisition-based transaction with BCN. In June 2018, Mr. Jacquez was promoted to President of BCN and will continue to maintain his role as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to his current combined role, Jacquez served as an executive vice president at BCN serving in various areas of leadership across the business. In his expanded role, Jacquez is responsible for all sales, marketing, offer-management and operations of the business. His organizational responsibilities also include the Company’s CRM/billing system, business support systems and corporate IT infrastructure. Jacquez is actively involved in the development and management of the Company’s nationwide partner based distribution channel as well as creating the related alignment of the compensation and reward programs of the employee groups at BCN.
Prior to joining BCN, Jacquez was involved with other telecom service providers in various financial, management and ownership capacities. Prior to his career in the telecommunications and technology industry, he was a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers providing auditing and business advisory services for a client portfolio that ranged from closely held emerging market companies to publicly held multi-national corporations.
Jacquez holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Richard G. Schmeling
Treasurer & CFO
Richard G. Schmeling joined BCN Telecom in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. Immediately prior, thereto, Schmeling worked with Getzler Henrich Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in turnaround management services with a focus on middle market companies.
Schmeling also served five years as CFO at Environmental Technologies Corp and was an investment banker for Investcorp International Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for general investment banking assignments, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate development.
Schmeling received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia College and his MBA in finance and accounting from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Michael Ginsburg is responsible for managing all of BCN’s Channel Sales and Sales Support teams across the country. His role includes overseeing the building of new strategic relationships and the overall growth of existing partnerships, contract negotiation, and partner support. Ginsburg was recognized as a CRN Channel Chief in both 2017 and 2018 based of his professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
Ginsburg joined BCN Telecom in 2013 bringing over 16 years of channel sales experience working for both wireline and wireless carriers including Coast To Coast Cellular, Trans National Communications, and Westinghouse Communications.
Ginsburg holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
Vice President of Operations & IT Services
As Vice President of Operations & IT Services, Andrew Rosen, who joined BCN Telecom in 2002, is responsible for order processing, account provisioning, and end user billing and payment processing as well as maintenance and repair. His role also includes the functionality of the company’s back office system (OSS) and the operation of BCN’s customer and agent web portals, as well as the company’s corporate IT infrastructure. Rosen is also responsible for the management of BCN’s Managed IT Services and VoIP Engineering departments and the company’s margin assurance analysis functions.
Prior to joining BCN, Rosen served as Vice President of Operations at ISN Communications and as Vice President of Network Operations at Ursus Telecom. His 28 year telecom career brings broad management experience in IT, billing, provisioning, network operations, maintenance and repair, and customer service.
Rosen holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lehman College.
Vice President of Brand & Experience
As Vice President of Brand & Experience, a key focus for Duca remains the ongoing development and nurturing of the BCN brand. Additionally, her organizational focus includes the development and execution of pre- and post-sale enablement programs in the areas of marketing, quoting solutions and pricing, major accounts, and customer experience. Duca joined BCN in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing and brings a wealth of brand management experience and a deep understanding of the channel honed over more than 15 years. Duca was recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel in both 2017 and 2018 for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. Before joining BCN, Duca led the Channel Marketing team at XO Communications.
Duca holds a B.S. in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Vice President of Partner Development
Ryan Kelly is Vice President of Partner Development, reporting to Julian Jacquez, BCN President & COO.
In his role, Ryan will have a laser focus on BCN’s partner relationships as an important element in BCN’s growth strategy. Ryan brings a tremendous depth and breadth of experience to the team. He is fully empowered to drive greater opportunity for BCN within the Master Agent and sales partner community, helping to enable the Company’s continued growth and success.
Prior to joining BCN, Kelly spent over sixteen years at NetWolves where he held multiple leadership positions. Most notably, he spent approximately 10 years leading their Channel Program, creating and significantly growing relationships with many of the leading Master Agents including Intelisys, AVANT, Telarus, Microcorp, TBI, WTG, and PlanetOne, among others.
