Richard M. Boudria
Richard M. Boudria is the founder, Chairman/CEO and strategist: An entrepreneur who understands business aspirations and sees creative solutions to business constraints. Boudria has led BCN since its inception in 1994. Prior to BCN Boudria worked for Merrill Lynch, Xerox and GTE (now Verizon) over a span of 20 years, gaining insight into finance, sales, marketing and strategic planning.
Prior to his business career, Boudria served honorably in the Unites States Marine Corp as an airborne qualified infantry officer, posting in Cuba, Panama and the Mediterranean. He was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with campaign star and other citations for service in the Vietnam War. He left the Marine Corps at the rank of Captain.
Richard M. Boudria, Jr.
As President Richard M. Boudria, Jr. plays a pivotal role in all facets of the business and is focused on extending the Company’s track record of growth and service excellence. He joined BCN in 2006 and brings a wealth of experience along with strategic partner and customer relationships from his previous management roles as Director of Agent Sales, Vice President of Sales, and most recently Executive Vice President.
Boudria received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Trinity College and participated in Graduate Studies at Columbia University.
Richard G. Schmeling
Richard G. Schmeling joined BCN Telecom in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. Immediately prior, thereto, Schmeling worked with Getzler Henrich Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in turnaround management services with a focus on middle market companies.
Schmeling also served five years as CFO at Environmental Technologies Corp and was an investment banker for Investcorp International Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for general investment banking assignments, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate development.
Schmeling received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia College and his MBA in finance and accounting from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
Julian Jacquez, Jr
Chief Operating Officer
Julian Jacquez joined BCN in 2004 following an acquisition-based transaction with BCN. As COO, Jacquez, most recently an Executive Vice President, is responsible for network carrier relationships, product and process development, margin assurance, carrier cost auditing and corporate contract management. His role also includes product and service delivery, service maintenance and repair, end-user billing, as well as overseeing BCN’s corporate IT infrastructure.
As a former professional at Price Waterhouse, LLC for 8 years, Jacquez provided audit, business advisory and M&A support for a client portfolio that ranged from privately held middle market companies to publicly held multi-national corporations.
Jacquez holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Michael Ginsburg is responsible for managing all of BCN’s Channel Sales and Sales Support teams across the country. His role includes overseeing the building of new strategic relationships and the overall growth of existing partnerships, contract negotiation, and partner support. Ginsburg joined BCN Telecom in 2013 bringing over 16 years of channel sales experience working for both wireline and wireless carriers including Coast To Coast Cellular, Trans National Communications, and Westinghouse Communications.
Ginsburg holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
Vice President of Billing & IT
As Vice President of Billing and IT Services, Andrew Rosen, who joined BCN Telecom in 2002, is responsible for end user billing and payment processing as well as margin analysis. His role also includes the functionality of the company’s back office system (OSS) and the operation of BCN’s customer and agent web portals, as well as the company’s corporate IT infrastructure. He is also responsible for the management of BCN’s Managed IT Services and VoIP Engineering departments.
Prior to joining BCN, Rosen served as Vice President of Operations at ISN Communications and as Vice President of Network Operations at Ursus Telecom. His 28 year telecom career brings broad management experience in IT, billing, provisioning, network operations, customer service, and trouble and repair.
Rosen holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lehman College.
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Jeanne Duca is responsible for the ongoing development and nurturing of the BCN brand. Her role includes the development and execution of programs designed to drive an increase in BCN awareness and recognition. Duca joined BCN in 2016 and brings a wealth of marketing experience and a deep understanding of the channel honed over more than 14 years. Before joining BCN, Duca led the Channel Marketing team at XO Communications.
Duca holds a B.S. in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
