BCN Telecom, Inc. announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Groveline, LLC.

Bedminster, New Jersey, July 2, 2008 - BCN Telecom, Inc. announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Groveline, LLC. The acquisition is pending final regulatory transfers and approvals which are anticipated to be successfully completed over the next ninety days.

Groveline is a provider of local, long distance and data services with a focus on serving the telecommunications needs of business customers. Groveline has a well-developed network of independent sales agents that provide the company with concentrations of customers in certain key geographic areas such as MA, NY, WI, WA and KY.

BCN Telecom is a provider of voice and data services with an emphasis on serving business customers. The strategic acquisition of the Groveline assets by BCN Telecom provides accretive revenue growth, utilizes product and service deliveries focused toward business customers and represents further expansion and commitment to the indirect distribution channel model.
