BCN Telecom Expands into VoIP Based Services for Business Customers

BCN Telecom is pleased to announce the launch of VoIP based telecommunications services for business customers. BCN is expanding its' business class services offering to include an array of VoIP based services built upon the BroadWorks IP service platform. The expanded service offering will allow BCN Telecom to meet the converged telecommunications needs of the IP centric business customer marketplace.

The initial product expansion will focus on the launch of SIP Trunk services. In early December 2010, BCN Telecom will release these services to new and existing customers. SIP Trunk services provide a customer with a cost effective call path solution for use with its premise based phone system. The service offering will include the option of BCN Telecom IP access services or customers may elect to use their existing IP bandwidth solution.

BCN Telecom will further expand its VoIP based services offering in early January 2011 as it launches a Hosted IP PBX solution for business customers. The Hosted IP PBX offering will provide a telecommunications solution for the business customer that desires the latest available technology, features, functionality and mobility. The Hosted IP PBX solution will be scalable in size, location requirements and service levels for each individual customer. Similar to the SIP Trunk service offering, customers will have the option to utilize BCN Telecom IP access services or utilize their existing bandwidth solution. BCN Telecom will make IP Phone handsets available as part of the converged bundled solution.
