BCN's Off Site Data Backup and Storage service includes an easy to use web interface. The product is built on IBM's Tivoli based storage manager system solution. All data backup storage occurs at the data center which employs the latest in physical and virtual security technology elements. Included with the service is initial customer training and professional system implementation, with additional technical support during data recovery in the event of a disaster.

BCN's Off Site Data Backup and Storage service boasts worldwide coverage and a tiered pricing plan to guarantee a high value product for business customers, regardless of size. The BCN Telecom Off Site Data Backup and Storage product is completely automated. The product secures data with end-to-end encryptions. Customers will no longer need to invest in internal onsite backup equipment and resources, thus eliminating future capital costs or maintenance expenses.
