BCN Telecom today announced the acquisition of the customer base of Marathon, Inc.

Bedminster, New Jersey, August 2007 - BCN Telecom today announced the acquisition of the customer base of Marathon, Inc. Marathon is a telecommunications company providing long distance services too approximately 4,000 customers across various geographic regions utilizing indirect affinity based distribution. The completion of the Marathon customer base acquisition is part of BCN Telecom's ongoing transaction based growth strategy within the telecommunications industry. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
