Richard M. Boudria

Chairman/CEO

Founder, Chairman/CEO, Strategist, and above all, an entrepreneur who understands business aspirations and sees creative solutions to business constraints -- he has led BCN since its inception in 1994 and has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before founding BCN, Dick worked for Merrill Lynch, Xerox and GTE (now Verizon), gaining insight into finance, sales, marketing and strategic planning.

Prior to starting his career in business, Boudria served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an airborne qualified infantry officer, posting in Cuba, Panama and the Mediterranean. Rising to the rank of Captain, he also was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with campaign star and other citations for service in the Vietnam War.

Dick holds a BS in Social Science from St. John's University in New York, as well as Graduate Studies in Business at the University of Maryland.


John Kean, Jr.

President

John brings over 25 years of leadership experience in public and private companies to the BCN team

He rejoined the BCN team in September 2012 first in a consulting capacity focusing on strategic issues, process re-engineering and certain other special organizational assignments. He was elected to the BCN Board in November 2012 and formally joined the management team in 2013. His previous experience with the company dates back to his role as president and CEO of NUI Corporation [NYSE: NUI], the former parent company of a NUI Telecom (predecessor to BCN). He also served as Chairmen of NUI Telecom from 1999 to 2003.

Prior to returning to BCN, John was Managing Director for Avondale Partners, a Nashville based investment bank, where he created and led the energy and firearms/ammunitions practices. Prior to investment banking, John served as a corporate leader in both public and private companies including: Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of KCS Energy (NYSE: NUI - a diversified public utility holding company), and Chairman & CEO of PIM Corporation (a private specialized contracting and industrial coatings company).

John has served on several boards including the American Gas Association, the Gas Research Institute, NUI Corporation (NYSE: NUI), KCS Energy (NYSE: KCS) and PIM Corporation, and is a former member of the Young President's Organization. He has also dedicated time to non-profits and education serving as a trustee of the Morristown Beard School, the Liberty Hall Foundation, Kean University Foundation and Kean University Board and has served as NJ State Chairman of the school Counts Campaign. He is a graduate of Lake Forest College and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.


Julian Jacquez, Jr.

Executive Vice President

Julian provides BCN Telecom with more than 16 years of telecommunications industry experience. In addition to BCN Telecom, he has served in senior management and ownership roles at Procom, Network One, Norcom and Norcom Agency Services.

At BCN Telecom, he provides leadership and management in the areas of business development, marketing, product development, margin assurance and carrier relations.

Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Jacquez was a CPA who served with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for eight years. He provided auditing and business advisory services for a client portfolio of domestic and multi-national corporations. Jacquez holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from West Virginia University.


Tom McCrosson

President & CEO BCN Solutions Express

Tom heads up BCN Solutions Express, a strategic partner of BCN Telecom, as well as serving as a member of the BCN Board of Directors. The Solutions Express Agency Program creates distributor-based revenue-generating programs utilizing BCN's products and services. These include affinity marketing, dealer development and product implementation with a particular emphasis on customer retention.

Prior to joining BCN, Tom was a founder and principal of LDM Systems, a multi-faceted telecommunications firm that offered local and long distance voice and data products within the United States. Tom served in senior positions in retail markets, business development – including key acquisitions within the U.S. – and integration of global marketing strategies. He also has served at Allnet Communications, MCI Communications and Rochester Telephone, as well as on the Mayor's task force for telecommunications and energy for New York City.


Richard Schmeling

Chief Financial Officer

Richard joined BCN Telecom in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. Before coming to BCN he worked for GetzlerHenrich Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in turnaround management services to middle market companies. He also served in senior management at Environmental Technologies Corp. and was an investment banker for Investcorp International Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., responsible for general investment banking assignments, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Columbia College and his MBA in finance and accounting from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.


Richard M. Boudria, Jr.

Vice President of Sales

Richard has been with BCN Telecom since 2002 serving in various capacities focusing on Agent Support and Acquisition, Customer Service, Managing BCN's online presence and exploring new IP based products for the Company. He became Director of Agent Sales in 2010 and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2013. In his new role, Richard is playing a key role in developing growth opportunities, focusing on strengthening and expanding Agent channels, developing new offerings, and managing the customer service, sales and marketing functions across the organization.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Trinity College and participated in Graduate Studies at Columbia University.
